How does it work?
If you are interested, we will send you a form to fill out with your use case, specific requirements and other details. We will then set up a no commitment, 14-day trial for your team to try Winston out. After this, you can decide if you’d like to continue with our services, or we can cancel your trial.
Is it easy to use?
There's no setup on your end. Simply start the trial and Winston will begin answering calls on behalf of the team. Call transcripts will be sent out for every call and adjustments can be made to the script or instructions as needed.
Can I get summaries of calls?
Yes! Every call will be summarized as well as sent to your desired platform of choice.
How does billing work?
Pricing is based off the number of calls answered and billed monthly. We don't lock you into annual contracts, so you can cancel anytime.
